Opening bid starts as low as $2.50. ITEM REPRESENTATION- Descriptions, photos and any other information given by East Valley Auction & Liquidation or one of its agents, is solely for informational purposes. East Valley Auction & Liquidation is not responsible for inaccurate photos, descriptions or information, verbal or implied. Bidders are encouraged to view items in person and to do their own research prior to bidding. All items in the Auction are sold "As Is", "Where Is" with no refunds or exchanges, no warranty expressed or implied, unless otherwise notated. By placing a bid, you agree to hold East Valley Auction & Liquidation and its agents harmless of any wrong doing. Some items are customer exchanges and returns and may need some cleaning/repair or may not include all needed items or may be only used as parts - no refunds given Please do your own due diligence, Preview is encouraged Retail price stated may be full retail price or suggested price from the manufacture and not current sale price. Reserve Prices- Items may have a reserve price, which is an undisclosed price an item will not sell for less then, auction software may bid on behalf of the seller Payment Due: All invoices will be charged to the credit card on file at the end of the auction. If your payment does not go through it is your responsibly to pay your invoice with the link that will be emailed to you, or pay in store when picking up your items. Please look for an invoice from AF360 or a direct email from us. Payment Methods: Credit cards and Debit Cards, (VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER). Charge backs are prohibited - you agree not to charge back your credit card under any circumstances. Tax Exempt - If you have a tax exempt certificate it must be emailed to us PRIOR to bidding. OR If you live in a tax free state, you must notify us by EMAIL (no phone calls) to let us know PRIOR to bidding. If we are not informed PRIOR to bidding, then you will be responsible for paying tax. No exceptions wil be made. A $1.00 credit card authorization will be processed when submitting your first bid at this auction. The $1.00 is simply a pending hold on your card and is held by the credit card company for varying lengths but typically 24-72 hours. This $1.00 authorization is not actually charged to your card and if you are the winning bidder that payment will be a completely separate transaction. If you do not win any bids there will be no charges against your account. Removal Assistance: Winning bidders are solely responsible for the removal of purchased items and MUST BRING THEIR OWN HELP AND TOOLS FOR ITEM REMOVAL. PICK-UP TIMES- WILL BE THE FRIDAY AND SATURDAY AFTER THE AUCTION CLOSES, FROM 8 AM UNTIL 1 PM. If you fail to pick up during these hours you will be subject to a $10 LATE PICKUP FEE. ITEMS NOT PICKED-UP-- Items not picked up within one week of the close of the auction will be FORFEIT AND NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. We are open Wed - Sat 8:00 am - 1:00 pm. Shipping is available- It is YOUR responsibility to advise us of your shipping needs. At our discretion shipping of some items may be done by us. If not by us, then it will be with a Third-Party Shipper (Pak Mail). Fragile or large items will go to Pak Mail. We are not responsible for shipping cost, please bid accordingly. The shipping invoice will be sent separate from your auction invoice and must be paid within 2 days of us sending it. You will receive an email after the auction closes letting you know if we will be shipping your items or if your items will go to Pak Mail. It may take up to 10 days for us or shipping company to contact you. You will also need to verify any irregular shipping needs. If your item is being shipped by our third-party shipping company, it will be with Pak Mail - 480-759-5533 pakmailsuperstore@gmail.com. They will pick your items up from us the Wednesday after the auction closes. Items not picked up- Items not picked up one week after the end of the auction will be considered forfeited and no refund will be given. We are open Wednesday thru Saturday 8am to 1pm Arizona time. East Valley Auction & Liquidation is not responsible for injury or damage of any kind, to anything or anyone, while previewing, bidding, loading out, or conducting business. Additionally East Valley Auction & Liquidation is not responsible for injury or damage of any kind to anyone or anything relating to items obtained from East Valley Auction & Liquidation by placing a bid, you agree to hold East Valley Auction & Liquidation and its agents harmless regardless of opinion. TERMS OF THIS CONTRACT- East Valley Auction & Liquidation Reserves the right to change this agreement during or after the auction, as unforeseen circumstances arise and must be dealt with accordingly. East Valley Auction & Liquidation also reserves the right to postpone, extend, or cancel any auction, bid, or items in auction at any time without prior notice. If a lot is offered subject to a reserve, we may implement such reserve by bidding on behalf of the consignor, whether by opening bidding or continuing bidding in response to other bidders until reaching the reserve. If we have an interest in an offered lot and the proceeds there from other than our commissions, we may bid therefore to protect such interest. CONSIGNORS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BID ON THEIR OWN ITEMS. By bidding, you agree that East Valley Auction & Liquidation gets the final say so in any disputes that may arise. Buyer's Premium: There is a 15.5% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction. All items are sold "as-is" and "where-is" with no warranties expressed or implied unless otherwise stated. Buyers in default will have their bidding privileges permanently revoked and will be charged a 15% re-listing fee based upon their high bid amount. There are no refunds or exchanges.
